• Anyone wishing to bid at the auction is required to pay a €10,000 bidding deposit to Wilsons Auctions prior to Thursday 9th November 2017. (Refundable next working day after sale if no purchase is made).
• All registered bidders wishing to bring additional persons to the auction must provide their details to Ganly Walters by Friday 10th November 2017.
• Photographic identification (no under 18's permitted), must be shown by every person at the door in order to gain entry. Entry will not be permitted without it.
• An additional part payment of 10% of the purchase price will be required on the fall of the hammer.
